Nikki Gray

Nikki Gray is the Managing Partner of Graystone Real Estate, where she combines her passion for operations, leadership, and serving others to help agents build successful, sustainable businesses. She believes that behind every great real estate experience is a strong foundation of systems, support, and people who genuinely care. Nikki's journey into real estate began after several years in customer service. She entered the industry as a receptionist at one of Southwest Michigan's largest real estate franchises and quickly discovered a passion for operations. She advanced into an administrative leadership role, helping growth and oversee a Kalamazoo real estate franchise to more than 100 agents. That experience gave her a deep understanding of what agents need to succeed and solidified her love for building efficient systems that allow them to focus on serving their clients. Through that experience, Nikki met Parker Gray, and through mutual interests in life and business, a connection was born. They would later get married, and through a shared vision, they co-founded Graystone Real Estate, built on integrity, collaboration, and exceptional support for agents and clients alike.
